How many attendees & exhibitors can we have?

There is no limit to how many attendees and/or exhibitors your event requires. Whether many or few, we can accomodate.

How long does it take to put on a show?

We suggest that we begin preparing no less than 4 months in advance, in order to maximize the experience an minimize the cost.

Do you handle registration?

We can handle registration services if need be or integrate with a separate registration platform.

What kind of analytics are provided?

Analytics are key for your & your exhibitors determine the ROI of participating in your event. We provide a robust set of analytics based on our interviews with actual clients to touch on a myriad of data points. In addition to aggregate numbers of booth visits and downloads, our post-conference reports drill down to the behavior of individual users: who visited a booth & how many times? What did they download? Did they reach out to a rep? etc. Our granular reports also include summaries, chat logs and detailed contact information as determined by the conference host. 

How much does it cost?

There are a lot of factors that go into what your event will cost: Number of attendees, number of exhibitors, amount of sessions, number of event days, artwork customization, registration assistance, etc. Our team will work with you to gather information and provide you with a quote.
